Iran’s Jamali Nominated for Athlete of the Month

The public is now invited to vote for their winner via www.paralympic.org until September 6.

Jamali scored 12 goals overall at the 2016 Inteational Federation for Cerebral Palsy Football (IFCPF) World Championships Qualification Touament, helping Iran take the gold medal and secure their place for the 2017 World Championships.

Briton athlete Hannah Cockroft, Turkey’s goalballist Ekrem Gundogdu, and German athlete Heinrich Popow also are favorites to win the monthly award.
